RBC-Efibar Main and Switchgear Busbars

Designation and Use

RBC-Efibar main and switchgear busbars with polymeric insulation and aluminium alloy casing are designated to be operated in direct and alternating current power networks at the frequency of 50 and 60 Hz, voltage of 1000 V, and nominal currents of 250 to 6300 A.

The busbars are used for networking at industrial, commercial, administrative facilities, and many-storey buildings with heavy density power distribution between the floors and on the floors, as well as severe requirements to electrical safety and building operation.

Sandwich type design with aluminium alloy casing of the RBC-Efibar busbars is currently considered the best engineering solution developed in this field.

Main Advantages:

  • easy distribution networking – direct busbar segments, unlike those by the competitive manufacturers, may be provided with special sockets for connection of power take-off devices rated for the currents of up to 1000 per one socket and saving while operating the RBC-Efibar busbars are characterized by minimal values of electrical resistance and voltage drops.
